"Read Only" Version of Document#60

Have a way to share documents that are viewable but not editable.

This would be great, the fact that I can’t share the document without allowing the other party to edit it is one of the main reasons why I’m not using Butter docs with my coworkers.

Hi there, you can absolutely share as read only. Just invite your collaborators and set their access level here. You can also invite them to their own branch copy, where they can edit without messing up your main document. Or you can give them read only access of a copy, where they have access to a fixed point in time, but their copy does not update as you change it.
