An option that lets people export all files is needed. When BetterDocs first came out, it was suggested as a viable alternative to Google Docs, but it’s not if we can only back up our files by downloading everything one at a time.
Without a means to export everything that a person has created, people are effectively locked into BetterDocs’ ecosystem. If you’re a prolific writer, it basically means that your own work holds you ransom, regardless of whether or not you need to use different tools as part of your workflow, or if you just want to back everything up for your own peace of mind.
So, having an option that allows people to export all of the data in their account, especially everything that they have written, is truly essential.
